📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and recruiting strategy.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams.
• Deliver an engaging candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Manage 10-12 requisitions simultaneously with strong organization.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other recruiters for a smooth process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with GTM roles (Sales and Customer Success).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics; data-driven improvements.
• Adaptable, proactive, collaborative problem-solving.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
