📋 Description

• Own full-cycle marketing recruiting across Talent Brand, Communications, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops.
• Partner with Marketing and Talent leaders on hiring strategy and closing.
• Build targeted sourcing to identify and close top Marketing talent.
• Develop market maps for priority searches including competitors and networks.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences reflecting TRM’s values.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose health and refine strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with Marketing searches in US tech companies.
• Proven success hiring Marketing talent across Talent Brand, Communications, Demand Gen, and related functions.
• Strong fundamentals: market mapping, talent intelligence, passive engagement, and closing.
• Ability to quickly understand complex marketing roles (demand gen, brand, GTM).
• Strong analytics to interpret recruiting metrics and funnel health.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
