📋 Description

• Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and local
• Educate business owners on Moniepoint's suite of products, recommending solutions that match their
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan
• Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and strict adherence to
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to encourage account activity, high
• Conduct transparent discussions on pricing, terms, and agreements within established company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably within banking, fintech, payment services, or
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in merchant onboarding, field sales, or client
• Deep understanding of the local financial services landscape and regional trading dynamics.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Practical experience with POS terminal deployment, payment acquiring, or business loan products
