📋 Description

• Serve as the primary commercial finance regulatory advisor to business units, ensuring compliance
• Monitor the organization’s overall credit risk profile and assess alignment with Board-approved
• Strengthen and promote a consistent credit culture across the organization.
• Provide credible challenge to lending decisions throughout the credit lifecycle, including
• Assess commercial credit programs and practices to identify potential regulatory, financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, lending, loan review, risk management, or related
• 12+ years of commercial credit experience, including exposure to alternative energy, working
• Deep knowledge of commercial credit program design, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk
• Strong ability to interpret and apply regulations, including regulatory risk-rating criteria and
