🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in operations management, team leadership, or project management.
• Experience leading teams, improving workflows, and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
