📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Business Screening teams to achieve quality standards and performance
• Monitor team performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement improvements to optimize
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new screening initiatives and process updates across the screening
• Oversee screening workflows and support creation of new talent evaluation paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve screening methodologies and reporting.
• Mentor screeners, support onboarding, and act as an escalation point for issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in operations management, team leadership, or project management.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
