🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in operations management, team leadership, project management, or business process
• ExperienceLeading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
