📋 Description

• Support a fixed team of Account Managers in the administrative and operational follow-up of their
• Handle customer requests by phone, email and via our ticketing system, ensuring each query receives
• Follow up on payment-related files and outstanding amounts, proactively contacting clients and
• Act as key intermediary between B2B clients and internal services: gather necessary information
• Participate in full after-sales processing, from administrative follow-up to analysis and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, back-office, sales
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills; motivated by finding solutions and
• Precise, organized, autonomous worker with ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick learner of different systems, including ticketing systems
