📋 Description

• Serve as consultant to local business community in growth industries.
• Promote WorkSource services to employers (recruitment, OJT, events).
• Develop relationships with businesses and engage them in services.
• Collaborate with WorkSource staff to provide quality services.
• Deliver presentations and trainings to business community and job seekers.
• Track performance metrics and monitor training funds.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with local area businesses preferred.
• Knowledge of account management for large and small businesses.
• Ability to collaborate diplomatically with stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to facilitate trainings, presentations, and workgroups.
• Excellent communication, writing, and MS Office skills.
