📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to align employment and talent strategies.
• Lead, train, and support staff to deliver workforce services.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Collaborate with Project Director on ops improvements.
• Coordinate events and strategic recruitment to connect employers with job seekers.
• Represent the program to employers, partners, and executives professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, public admin, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in employer engagement or workforce development.
• Leadership experience including hiring, training, evaluating staff.
• Strong presentation and public speaking; engage diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of workforce programs, compliance, or contracts.
