Collaborate with clients to define and document system requirements and enhancements.
Act as SME on client clinical study protocol for moderate to high complexity.
Author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces.
Partner with internal teams to move projects through development phases.
Support UAT setup and execution.
Continuously learn on the company platform and offerings.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; IRT industry experience may substitute.
2-4 years in a software business analyst role with rapid learning.
2-4 years of mandatory IRT experience.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
Experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
