• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, industry
• Collaborate with employers to design customized training or placement opportunities aligned with

• Represent the workforce system at business forums, chamber events, and industry meetings.
• Identify suitable employers and job seekers for OJT and WEX placements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in workforce development, business engagement, human
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual performance goals, business development targets, or
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term
