📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and govern Standard Operating Procedures, job aids, process maps, workflows
• Create and distribute huddle notifications, release summaries, training guides, and other
• Partner with Product, Implementation, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to develop, review
• Participate in claim-system testing, releases, and implementation activities affecting Leave and
• Review business system requirements and assess the operational impact of system changes
• Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Leave and Disability claim management, with knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFML
• Demonstrated experience creating operational documentation, SOPs, business process standards, and
• Experience supporting system implementations, release testing, operational readiness, or
• Strong understanding of Leave and Disability operational workflows and applicable regulatory
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project coordination, written, and verbal communication

• Salary: $70,530–$88,160 USD annual base salary, with actual compensation varying according to
