🎯 Requirements

• Experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services (payments).
• 3+ years with blockchain/digital assets (Institutional Custody, Tokenization, CBDCs, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex asset opportunities for non-crypto audiences.
• Finance/elective skills: PowerPoint/Slides, executive presentations.
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Quantitative backgrounds; BE/BTech/BA/BSc; MBA preferred.
