🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up, or Corporate Transformation
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to iterate on internal tools
• Curious, self-learner with proactive mindset
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Detail-oriented; able to review processes and improve them
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• MBA or PhD in Strategy or Operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools
