🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in business analysis or strategic delivery.
• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or commercial insurance.
• Advanced understanding of insurance workflows, products, and systems.
• Proven track record supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/SAFe/Scrum, and analytics tools.
