Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Own recurring business reviews: run the weekly and quarterly business review cadence, reconcile
• Build automation, not just reports: identify manual work worth eliminating and ship fixes using AI
• Drive analysis that changes decisions: analyze pipeline, funnel, forecast, and productivity data
• Support territory planning and coverage: partner with sales leaders on territory design, account
• Own quota, target, and KPI tracking: keep attainment and performance tracking accurate with metric
• Partner with stakeholders directly: act as operational counterpart to sales leaders and coordinate

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy with
• SQL (mandatory): independently write and debug warehouse queries including joins, window functions
• Spreadsheet and CRM depth (mandatory): advanced Google Sheets, plus working knowledge of Salesforce
• AI and automation building (core requirement): personally shipped working automation using Glean
• Analytical judgment: frame vague requests into structured problems, pick the right rigor level, and
• Communication: explain complex data models to non-technical leaders and compress analysis into
