📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Cambodia finance operations.
  • Print/issue tax invoices from Core after customer payment confirmation.
  • Scan and upload invoices to Core or Google Drive with organized folders.
  • Maintain physical files and ensure 10-year retention per GDT requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team and external advisors to provide documents.
  • Reconcile physical files with the digital archive to identify gaps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years preferred in finance support or document management; familiarity with Cambodian tax rules.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and general computer literacy.
  • Experience using ERP or other operational systems; training on Core provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
