Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and systems to design end-to-end integrations
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, data mappings, and interface specs
• Work with API design (REST, SOAP) and ensure connectivity between heterogeneous systems
• Document complex application flows using sequence/integration diagrams and data flows
• Assess risks, perform impact analysis, and provide solution recommendations
• Leverage AI technologies for analysis, automation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years in business & systems analysis
• Experience with API integrations and end-to-end connectivity
• Hands-on with API tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SoapUI)
• Knowledge of XML/JSON data structures and messaging/event-driven integrations (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ)
• Strong visual modeling skills (UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts) for integration architectures
