Business System Analyst - Core Banking

📋 Description

• Deliver technology transformation initiatives in the Core Banking domain.
• Analyze business needs, translate into system requirements, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements are reflected in system design and aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including validation, testing, and production deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (Temenos T24/Transact, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Avaloq, FIS, Mambu, Hogan or similar).
• Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking products and processes (onboarding, accounts, deposits, lending, payments).
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD, Functional Specifications), traceability, and creating user stories.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, data mapping; SQL querying; UML/BPMN; Agile/Scrum; strong analytical and communication.
