Business System Analyst (Payment Acceptance Platform / Acquiring / Merchant Lifecycle)

📋 Description

• Support design and delivery of strategic transformation within the Payment Acceptance Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and payment scheme reps.
• Analyze, design and implement acquiring solutions for merchant services.
• Focus on end-to-end merchant lifecycle, onboarding, processing, settlements, funding and disputes.
• Analyze integrations with banking and payment systems; map data and interfaces.
• Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria for deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as System Analyst/Business-System Analyst in banking, payments or acquiring.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end acquiring processes and merchant lifecycle.
• Experience with ISO8583/ISO20022, merchant onboarding, disputes and fraud.
• Fluent English and Polish; excellent stakeholder management.
• Understanding of payment security and PCI DSS concepts.
• Analytical mindset with documentation, specs and data mappings.
