Business System Analyst - Pharmaceutical

📋 Description

• Provide regular sales analytics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting support; support sales
• Measure and communicate sales KPIs for individuals and teams accountable for commitments and goals
• Create, update, and distribute sales reports and dashboards for the Sales team and Management
• Assist with dashboard maintenance and CRM data quality initiatives.
• Provide support for Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and other business applications.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and deployment of system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in pharma, laboratory, testing industry, or commercial operations
• Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems
• 2+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excel: intermediate level required, advanced preferred (data analysis, pivoting reports into usable
• LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) - Proficient user-level skills
