🎯 Requirements

6+ years software development, 4+ years ServiceNow architecture
Hands-on ServiceNow generative AI solutions experience
Strong JavaScript/GlideScript and Service Portal customization
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience with multi-environment promotions and release cycles
Excellent technical communication with executives
