Business Systems Analysis Associate Director

📋 Description

• Direct BSA teams across multiple healthcare payer portfolios, including onshore and offshore
• Establish consistent practices for requirements elicitation and documentation, user stories
• Match BSA resources to customer priorities, product roadmaps, delivery commitments, and broader
• Guide teams across claims, enrollment, provider, member, benefits, product configuration, Medicare
• Evolve business analysis toward product enablement, backlog ownership, business value, and
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, conflicts, dependencies, and downstream impacts early, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, business systems analysis, product enablement
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer capabilities such as claims, enrollment, provider, member
• Experience with healthcare platforms and technologies such as OHI, HRP, claims platforms, provider
• At least 5 years of experience leading large teams of 30+ professionals, including distributed
• Demonstrated success leading business systems analysis organizations and improving requirements
• Experience working in managed services, managed capacity, or other large-scale technology delivery
