📋 Description

• Work closely with technical product owners, IT resources, and stakeholders across departments to
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather detailed requirements for new
• Work with architects, developers, and DevOps engineers to design solutions, validate feasibility
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
• Develop and document functional specifications, system design requirements, and workflow diagrams.
• Work with IT teams to ensure that system designs meet business requirements and technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with low code platforms and experience with SQL and data visualization tools highly
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and modern
• Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or containerization.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe
