Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Audit and optimize the systems landscape to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Define and maintain a clear systems architecture to avoid duplicative tools
• Drive consolidation, integration improvements, and data consistency across platforms
• Drive end-user adoption through training, documentation, and process improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to align tools with real workflows, not vice versa
• Monitor usage to identify opportunities to improve engagement and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business systems, operations, or IT roles
• Experience with leading SaaS tools and systems ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proven track record improving workflows, integrating systems, and adoption
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (Zapier, Workato, Tray)
• Familiarity with AI features in modern SaaS tools
• Strong communicator who translates between technical and non-technical stakeholders
