📋 Description

• Own the daily maintenance and configuration of the technical layer that powers the Go-to-Market
• Manage configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation across the CRM stack
• Maintain clean data flows across GTM tools (intent data, conversation intelligence, sales
• Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy
• Triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver solutions that scale for frontline GTM
• Evaluate new GTM tech and AI tools, support contract renewals, and implement emerging solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in CRM administration: Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator
• Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense
• Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose data discrepancies, form hypotheses, and present findings
• Instinctive troubleshooter who starts hypothesizing before problems are fully described
• Clear written communicator; remote-first company and documentation is key
