Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Configure Salesforce apps (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud) and GTM tools.
• Develop declarative automation (Flow) and grow into programmatic work.
• Troubleshoot integrations across the stack (Celigo iPaaS, Salesforce APIs).
• Own data quality tasks: deduplication, migrations, bulk updates with data loader.
• Run UAT/testing and manage deployments safely.
• Manage users, permissions, and security configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years Salesforce admin/config experience (Sales Cloud, GTM apps).
• Experience building declarative automation and managing users/permissions.
• Data work experience with data loader and cross-system data movement.
• QA/UAT and deployment experience; test before shipping.
• Familiar with integrations/APIs; any Apex/LWC exposure a plus.
• Strong build instinct and proactive communication; interest in AI tooling.
