Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Support NetSuite and Zip; improve Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and R2R.
• Split time between day-to-day ops and cross-functional projects.
• Work with Finance, IT, and vendors to translate needs into scalable systems.
• Focus on core finance apps, primarily NetSuite and Zip.
• Help shape finance ops as we scale a hypergrowth company.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a BA/BS Analyst in consulting, healthcare, or SaaS.
• NetSuite (finance modules) including COA, saved searches, SuiteQL, and workflows.
• Strong Zip experience (procurement intake) with queues, rules, and approvals.
• Requirements gathering: translate needs into user stories and specs.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving requirements.
• Analytical, detail-oriented; troubleshoot data and validate changes.
• Clear communication with Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Data Science and vendors.
• Understanding of financial accounting processes (GAAP/IFRS) and multi-entity.
