Business Systems Analyst - Go-to-Market

📋 Description

• Role in IT to scope, design, and deliver tech solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Services.
• Tech stack includes Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP ERP, Marketo, Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define information needs and requirements.
• Lead analysis for Lead-to-Account and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance criteria with project teams.
• Serve as liaison between Sponsors and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 5+ years experience.
• Scrum Agile certification a plus; PMP certification a plus.
• 3+ years with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Veeva, Marketo, Showpad, SAP.
• Deep knowledge of Campaign to Lead, Lead to Order, Order to Cash CRM processes.
• SQL: basic to mid complexity queries; DB integration basics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
