📋 Description

• Liaison between business stakeholders and IT to identify solutions.
• Analyze processes, gather requirements, and support testing.
• Focus on workflow automation, Power Platform, and AI enablement.
• Partner with teams to implement Dynamics 365, Power BI, Copilot.
• Drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Application Analyst, Process Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP), Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and other enterprise business application technologies.
• Experience identifying opportunities for workflow automation, process optimization, and operational improvements.
• Curious, process-oriented and excited about leveraging technology, automation, and AI to solve business problems and improve user experiences.
