📋 Description

• Collaborate with minimal guidance with internal and external stakeholders to understand, clarify
• Partner with domain experts and engineers to support solution design for moderately complex
• Prepare and maintain well-documented functional specifications, workflows, mock-ups, and user
• Maintain and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities
• Analyze current product workflows and evaluate opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• Five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or closely related role
• Experience working within the Agile development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience conducting and supporting UAT efforts
• Strong technical analysis skills with ability to translate and document business needs into
• Strong communication skills, with ability to convey and clarify information between non-technical
