Partner with Marketing/Sales Ops and GTM stakeholders to upgrade GTM systems per requirements
Plan, evaluate and implement Salesforce functionality
Own requirements vetting, design, configuration, PM, and integration
Implement lead lifecycle flow and roadmap-driven enhancements
Ensure system quality and program standards meet objectives
Define requirements with partners to deliver best-in-class processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
3+ years Salesforce CRM analytics for GTM solutions
3+ years of system implementation experience with techno-functional deliverables
Strong knowledge of Sales Lead-to-Close processes
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations
API integration with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
