📋 Description

• Own admin, config, automation, permissions, and deployment for Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and
• Partner with tech teams to coordinate platform updates, releases, integrations, and enterprise
• Configure and support AI-powered features, including Salesforce AI, automated summaries, workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions to boost efficiency and user
• Manage Gainsight administration: health scoring, dashboards, reporting, programs, automation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years administering Salesforce and Gainsight in an enterprise setting.
• Experience configuring apps, automation workflows, permissions, integrations, and data management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate to scalable technical solutions.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality-focused mindset; reliability emphasis.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders.
