Partner directly with BTS, vendors, and DBS stakeholders to understand business processes and
Translate needs into technology-enabled opportunities and process improvements
Serve as IT System Owner for assigned systems, including LIMS, laboratory data and imaging
Maintain System Life Cycle documentation and ensure system quality and compliance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen information management practices
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to improve business operations and scientific workflows

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience
Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience
PhD with 2 years’ experience
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
Business Systems Consultant
Strong leadership and communication skills
