Business Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve our CRM, apps, and automations to scale the business.
• Design, build, and maintain systems connecting Sales, CS, Finance, Marketing.
• Leverage Python, APIs, and SQL with HubSpot to build integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain system reliability and improve data quality through automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in RevOps/CRM/Analytics roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Python development: testing, deployment, end-to-end ownership.
• SQL proficiency, Git/GitHub, and standard delivery processes.
• HubSpot expert: workflows, custom objects, automations, API integrations.
• API literacy: read docs and design integration flows.
• English fluency plus at least one of French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
