Business Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design how data and money move between Sales, Finance, Billing Ops, and Data teams
• Build automation to keep systems in sync
• Use AI to remove manual work and surface timely signals to reps and operators
• Create a reliable GTM and quote-to-cash foundation across CRM, CPQ, billing and finance systems
• Build clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, reconciliation, and monitoring for
• Automate billing-critical workflows such as upgrades, prorated refunds, early renewals, true-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business systems engineering, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience building integrations with APIs, webhooks, event-driven services, reverse ETL, or
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with finance systems and concepts: quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, revenue
• Experience with ERP such as NetSuite is a plus
