Business Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise app integrations.
• Lead architecture and integration strategy for business systems.
• Build and support Workato integrations; NetSuite SuiteScript, Salesforce, Pigment, Workday.
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, Rev Ops, and Sales to translate requirements.
• Support Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows.
• Troubleshoot data issues and integration failures; contribute to governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business systems, integrations, or related roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, IPO readiness, enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Workato integration development.
• Strong Salesforce and NetSuite experience; Python/Java scripting.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows.
• Nice to have certs: Workato/Workday/NetSuite; cloud exp (AWS/GCP); Tableau/Power BI.
