• The Business Systems Manager will oversee the administration, development, and optimization of
• Own Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing development activities.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, Apex functionality, Lightning components
• Manage Salesforce security settings, roles, permissions, and data models to ensure effective and
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business
• Lead Salesforce enhancements, testing, releases, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with business systems experience and the
• 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or Salesforce-focused roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, security models, reports, dashboards, and platform
• Working experience with Apex and Lightning components, including LWC or Aura.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and other business applications.
