Business Systems Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for critical business systems and integrations.
• Prioritize backlog with stakeholders and balance tradeoffs.
• Lead Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders.
• Identify and define new product opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Translate multi-year goals into phased roadmap initiatives with metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in business systems, enterprise platforms, or internal tooling.
• Experience with Legal, Risk, Compliance, or Finance stakeholders.
• Salesforce familiarity; Service Cloud or case management a plus.
• Ironclad and ERP systems familiarity (Intacct).
• Strong requirements gathering and clear documentation.
• Ability to own and prioritize a multi-stakeholder roadmap.
