🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an operations professional
• Experience designing, building, and monitoring AI-driven chat or email bots
• Extremely detail oriented with analytical mindset
• Background in process development for high-volume production environments
• Strong project management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Strong communications skills with diverse stakeholders
• Self-driven with ownership mindset
