🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of operational experience in subject matter expertise within consumer retail industry
• Experience in business development or product development, ideally within consumer retail industry
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and project management methodologies
• Experience with change management and user training methodologies
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams
