📋 Description

• Operate as the Enterprise Architect across the Transformation Office Programme.
• Maintain consistency and alignment across transformation workstreams.
• Support Service Model Optimisation across Finance, HR, Procurement, Logistics.
• Define, establish, and scale Enterprise Architecture capabilities across the organization.
• Deliver Enterprise Architecture governance until the operating model stabilizes.
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders to align strategic business and technology objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to drive collaboration, solution alignment, and transformation outcomes.
• Develop and present PowerPoint-based materials for exec audiences.
• Ensure integration between enterprise functions and operational technology environments.
• Apply TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture best practices across transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide modernization and optimization efforts.
• Deep exposure to mining industry including OT and Enterprise IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related transformation leadership roles.
• Senior or executive-level professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Proven experience within the mining industry.
• Experience supporting Operational Technology and Enterprise Functions IT environments.
• Strong C-Suite engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated workshop facilitation skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
