• Bachelor's degree in science, Commerce and/or Business Administration would be preferred. Master of
• Relevant experience with proven track record in both marketing and sales management positions
• Ability to develop a business vision and translate it into strategies with realistic execution
• Recognize developing talent, with a capability to manage performance issues, through a genuine
• Experience in launching innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Excellent working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
