🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent
MS or PhD preferred
At least 10 years of supervisory experience
At least 10 years professional experience in laboratory operations with a minimum of 5 years of
Demonstrated success in improving operational, profit, quality and safety performance
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
