Define and drive the overall Rheumatology business strategy across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Build and lead strong cross-functional Brand Teams, In-Field Teams, and relevant internal
Lead the Brand Team around a shared vision
Own the end-to-end brand strategy and tactical execution
Account for brand financial performance, including Financial Plan, Focus/Update, and Long Range
Set the strategic direction for current and future products and identify new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree
Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Strong track record of defining strategy and translating it into measurable, executable business
Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams
Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and market dynamics
Strong knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles
