Business Value Manager

📋 Description

• Build and present C-suite business cases to CFOs, CPOs, and finance leaders.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking using AI tools.
• Lead iterative working sessions with prospects; refine assumptions and value narratives.
• Partner with Account Executives to embed value in discovery and defend pricing.
• Coach reps on value-based selling and share reusable assets.
• Represent Zip's value narrative at boardroom and C-suite level.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business value, value engineering, or strategic finance (enterprise SaaS)
• CFO- and CPO-level engagement with board-ready deliverables
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and structured communication; AI tools
• Excellent executive presence; lead value conversations with sales
• Proven ability to partner with sales in fast-moving enterprise deals
• Procurement/finance or enterprise SaaS value drivers knowledge a plus
