Business Value Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Shape how Business Value scales; design engagement models, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Lead AI-assisted value roadmap; partner with Product/Marketing/Sales to scale GTM.
• Act as thought partner to executives; ensure narrative resonates at boardroom and C-suite.
• C-suite visibility; excel at analytics, ops excellence, and scalable problem-solving.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking to define impact.
• Build self-serve tooling for go-to-market teams to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Value Engineering, Revenue/Sales Ops, Strategy & Operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to build ROI calculators, dashboards, and playbooks.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and structured communication.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing, CS.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• University degree required; procurement/enterprise SaaS value knowledge a plus.
