Drive a JYSK store within 10-12 months as a store manager trainee
Manage store operations during the training program
Participate in five-week training modules covering leadership and store operations

Attend training sessions at the headquarters in Oslo and selected locations
Complete an exam presentation for Retail Managers and HR
