📋 Description

• Manage the JYSK store together with the Assistant Store Manager
• Ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading, and coaching the
• Act based on KPIs to determine what is needed to reach goals and motivate the team
• Follow and implement store concept and store routines
• Recruit and introduce new colleagues and develop current team members
• Lead by example through selling and performing routine tasks in the store
